We conduct a thorough analysis of your system and identify the parameters to be modelled. Working closely with your development team, we determine the relevant parameters, processes, and other aspects. The result is a detailed model concept that serves as a guide for the subsequent development phases.

Development of the Simulation Tool

In this step, we translate the model concept into a functional simulation tool. We program the model and carefully test it to ensure that it delivers plausible results and meets the requirements. We check the convergence of numerical models as well as the stability and efficiency of the simulation tool. Any weaknesses are identified and improved to ensure optimal performance.

Validation and Optimization

After developing the simulation tool, we compare the
simulation results with experimental data to validate the reliability and accuracy of the model. Based on these results, we further optimize the program to minimise potential deviations and enhance predictive accuracy. Additionally, we optimise the simulation tool for practical use and develop a user-friendly interface.
